It's important that our athletes have lots of quick and healthy options for snacking at the long meets. Yes... most meets have concession stands, but it's not often that they offer the right choices that'll keep our team going strong instead of going... elsewhere. The cost for the snacks is mostly paid in lump sum at the beginning of the season and parents are reimbursed for their purchases when they help here. Please email Coach Ledford to volunteer.
If you would be interested in helping with the snacks for the upcoming track meets we need parents who could:
- Buy the snacks for 100 athletes - all purchases are reimbursable with a receipt & check request form + we have a tax exempt form to print below. (also see below for an example of what to buy)
- Pack the food in boxes
- Bring the food to school the day before the track meet (coordinate time with Coach Ledford)

Our team dinners are hosted by families of team members on the nights before our meets. They have become important fellowship events as well as nourishing our athletes in the right way. Athletes contribute $5 for each meal on the night of the event.
